Ronald Raygun replied Jan 18, 2008Default settings should work. However, I realized that the EA didn't open sell orders. This has been fixed now. Also, please note that the previous candle's open needed to be inside the channel. If you think something is wrong, take a screenshot and ...

Ronald Raygun replied Jan 18, 2008As long as you properly entered in the settings I see no reason why not. Look at my version of the trend slope indicator. (Whichever version is under my post, I'm typing from a car right now.) That version has a time input so you can add that to you ...

Ronald Raygun replied Jan 17, 2008The Ea is calling on a standard MA. I just merged the indicator into the EA. Try a higher timeframe. I'm having trouble with the smaller TFs myself. I think it has to do with a little repainting.

Trend Hugger System
-
Ronald Raygun replied Jan 17, 2008The way that indicator works G-Man is that it looks at the current and previous MA values. What I think you saw was a current bar whose MA started out lower than the previous bar, but then went above it. The color change then was AT the previous bar ...

-
Ronald Raygun replied Jan 16, 2008Try setting it for the end of the bar by setting "EachTickMode" to false. What I think happened is that the Value of the MA on the smallest TF kept changing which is why there were several simultaneous trades.

Ronald Raygun replied Jan 16, 2008Yes Not only in theory, but in reality, it will trade indefinitely as long as your computer is turned on. I would recommend that you keep an eye on the EA for a month or two, only so that you can make sure it doesn't blow up your account.
