Not even sure why people actually thought that he had and would be giving a never lose (guaranteed) system for free, especially to a bunch of strangers. Even if one such system ever existed.

In the US there is a maximum number of clients that a non-licensed fund/trader can have. Not sure about Canada. Call your local regulator to find out.
