Most brokers will only wire funds to a bank account which is verified and in the same jurisdiction that you gave them on account opening (your home address). Where are you based / working from ? In most countries, there is income tax. Usually this ...

If U R British spread betting (CMC or any other SB company) is tax free. There is an argument to suggest that if this is your only income that you might be taxed. This might depend on your local tax office. I don't think most SB companies will open ...

What is "........a short time" ? That depends on your system / time frame. If you are right or wrong about your entry might depend on the original reason for your entry / what system you are using (and or other reasons) not just time. If you are ...

Yes. Staying in won hands down. I did a check on this via a sample of 50 real trades. Example was in the last hour on cable. I shorted at 75. Price stayed between 73 and 80 for about 40 mins. Then sold off. I took a 1/3rd profit @ 58 and moved the ...

I struggle with this issue of closing trades because of time. Clearly it depends on your strategy and time frame, so it is a little hard to discuss globally. If you take a long at very strong support of 00 and price stays at 8/13 area for 30 mins, ...

Mental. So if I decide to have a mental stop of 10, I will have a hard (automated) stop 4/5 pips out from that. There are two reasons: 1. So the broker does not know my position. 2. If the actual stop is auto and I decide to exit 1/2 pips before, ...

The Hammer (For a Long) and Hanging Man (For a short) are very good reversal signals, especially if followed by a higher low (For a long) or lower high (For a short). The spike on either shows that there has been a rejection of price. Some also ...

Both. I trade at or within a few pips of key levels. If I am at the key level the stop will be spread +5. If I am entering 5 pips higher (for a long) then my stop will be at spread +10. If price bounces higher of the level I will usually not enter ...

Move stops to BE as quickly as possible! This depends on your risk and target, a little hard to discuss globally. If you are risking 50 pips (stop of 50) and each time you get to +10 you go to break even, you are likely to wipe out quickly. There is ...

Agree with that ! I have 3 feeds. Lets say I am long and have a mental stop (where I want to exit) at 1.8063. I will place an automated stop below by 3/4 pips. I watch all feeds, once they approach the mental stop. If my broker is on 63 but the ...
