ecTrade replied Aug 22, 2010If it's a platform issue (a snag in the software somewhere) it's not a connection issue, and the program needs to be rebooted. I don't know how many times this has happened to me, at least 20-30 times, but it almost always corrects it once I reboot.

ecTrade replied Aug 4, 2010Yes, they changed from 4 decimals to 5 decimals so you can trade in fractions of a pip. With 4 digit brokers you can't do that.
Why do some brokers use more decimal digits than others?
