digiff replied Mar 2, 2012Boredom is exactly the reason why many spend time here. It's just not practical to be trading every single minute. Good way to lose an account too by overtrading. FX trading is a lonely business. Glad to have forums like these. Hopefully, someday ...

digiff replied Feb 20, 2012Wrong assumptions. History has nothing to do with something that does not exist, regardless of what pair we are talking about. Watch the pa instead of the gap, better profits that way.

digiff replied Feb 20, 2012I would rather not be biased that a gap has to be filled. If I were shorting Aud/usd since last nov, just so I can close that gap, I would have to have a stop loss of more than a 1000 pips (and counting). Gaps DO exist in the futures world though ...

digiff replied Feb 15, 2012The ADR on E/Chf has been really pathetic. Less than 25 pips move the entire day. Probably getting ready to break big time either way in the near future.

digiff replied Jan 16, 2012Bank holiday does not necessarily mean the market will not move. I have seen it before, so called bank holiday, should be light trading and all, and then out of the blue, euro moves 200+ pips in US session. So watch out.
