moneybags replied Apr 7, 2007Well, in my case it didn't change. For example, on my IBFX platform before the daylight savings time change a few weeks ago, the Daily candles/bars would end at 7pm EST. But since the time changed, they now close at 8pm EST. So because it's GMT I ...

Is MetaTrader worth the trouble?
-
moneybags replied Apr 6, 2007Well this is a tough question to answer. But like you already said: "depending on your strategy and how much you can tolerate" is the most applicable advice yet not really specific. You have to figure out what a good S/L is based on your system's ...

moneybags replied Apr 6, 2007That's also true. If you plaster your system across forums, then you're asking for it. If it's like a one on one basis with someone you know, it might be a little different. Unless that person trades huge amounts of money......

moneybags replied Apr 6, 2007For me personally, I'm past the point of feeling any strong emotions one way or the other. If you're confident with your system (and in turn your trades) and your risk is something your account can manage, then nothing else matters. Looking at the ...
