Pips4life is right about overshoots and photon flares on spot. Varies from broker to broker. However the futures data, as you found, is best in those circumstances when measuring the high or low. Remember that price from futures to spot differ.

GBP/USD 4hr Price went from quartile to quartile. Friday's low is less than 100 pips away from ML & the 161.8% level. How long before it hits is the question.
