That is it. It was supposed to be at 0. You have been having the problem because you changed that value inside casino to 2, while there is no time frame as 2. So this will confuse Casino and that is why it gave you the value of 0.

There is nothing like ADR SL in Casino but ATR SL. You can put off both the plugin and Casino SL from their properties but they don't have anything to do with the ATR SL even if you set them to true. Hope this helps.
