Without being rude, read a couple of pages of posts and you'll get quite a good indication. Depending on posters strategies there will be a mixture of thoughts some selling, some buying!!!!

OK thats the good news for GBP but not sufficient enough to support mass movements. Expect to trade a tightish range until US trade figures this afternoon. Then the action will commence. Still holding my long for now

I have a feeling news will be positive due to upcoming elections. This will push cable up to around 1.5420 marker (just happens to be my close, but there you go) then its time to hit the top shelf and help yourself to some shorts

You think we'll go up to yesterday's highs and above? Not convinced, but I think the fact I would be trading over the news is not a good idea. Short cancelled... long retained to 1.5420 (but will watch momentum and move if strong.) Save short for ...

Got a feeling London with take us up to the 15420 line and there she'll stop until the news at 9.30. I'm selfishly hoping it's sh*t news for the pound cos I'm going for a large short at 15420

Me too. I think we'll see it up to just shy of 1.54 at least, so I'm optimistic for a 20 pip profit on this scalp.

Personally I'd tread carefully with that one as the rise is off back of IMF news so may be skewed a little

off topic, but Euro GBP looks to perhaps have bottomed out at .8804 now made 5 attempts to go below 50% fib line. Looks like could be going up and I've entered a small long on this up to .8840

Morning All V Quiet today. Scalped a few 20's so far but that's about it. I'm out now until I see the first proper rally of the day. No clear direction, gap closing or extend towards 1.56 even 1.57. Wait and see. Good Luck to you all.

Well Well, where are all the buyers at present for the GU. Was expecting it to go up some, but it hasn't. Maybe waiting for Japs to open?

When trading opens expect it to go up by at least another 100 pips before it starts to retrace. Fortunately Im neutral on this pair at present. I'm just going to wait for initial momentum to slow before I book a trade to scalp 50 pips down.
