Looks like the breakout from the consolidation rectangle (1495-1523) is confirmed, I will try to place long around 1526. However looking at the overall political & economical situation, it may not even retrace.

Perfect foreseen future!! Completely Agree. The only two tools with Central banks is interest rates and assets purchases programs- loosing their effectiveness. It has ballooned the non performing assets in Banks basket!!

You are right, the news gets older it fades its effect. Since Trump said the talks are staring from coming Thursday, it will keep the volatility alive. Lets see how it will turn up. Still I see 1520-23 region is strong support.
