What works for me is to press the Tab key each time, whilst holding down the CTRL key. To scroll the other direction, hold down CTRL +Shift Key and press Tab key.

I think you will find that only the first post has the capability of being updated, all other posts are on a time limit, not sure how long for though, maybe 1 -2 days. I think you can't amend or delete your post after that period of time.
