You are looking for the indicators folder via Program Files Folder. It is no longer located there. Try opening your metatrader platform, then click : File, Open DataFolder, MQL4, Indicators image

Indicator folder is accessed via File, Open data folder within MT4, then look inside MQL4 folder. or C:\Users\User\AppData|Roaming\Metaquotes\Terminal\******************************* (32 digit code for platform). then look inside the MQL4 folder.

Don't load the mq4 file, use only the ex4 file and it will work fine. Just delete both indicator files from your indicators folder & then reload the ex4 file only.
