I see another test of last nights lows. I expect initial buyers will come in but failure to bounce will see 9400 tested as stops below 9450.

Well the bears have been waiting for the test on the downside. Unfortunately most have no doubt cut above 9530. Whats left is the longer term holders. A break below .9500 has signalled an exit but Im sure there are a few more stubborn players ...

Yes market is definitely trying to pick a base. Interim they maybe right but without fresh buying it has a greater depth to fall until real supply enters.

Dlr yen looking soft could drag AUD with it on the cross. Good sellers on the cross up near 81.20-50 area. Looking for a test of lower levels in the oz tonight. No follow through on local equities from the US. Good luck...
