You are right, that's why the Tokyo section is usually for trading GBPJPY. Pound pairs usually are active during the London section. I think there isn't a set rules on how much the price moves, only what time they will possibly to make big moves.

Day 66 Walk away w/ +$500 this morning on EURUSD in less than 150 minutes... I guess the key to success on this trade was patient. After wait about 4 hours, I had my price filled right below the 1.1400 level.
