If you mean 4.4 before any commission, it could be because with a hidden TP, the EA enters a market order when conditions are met and the next available Buyer could have been 6 points below.

Yes, that is the 2 and 2.1 version if you use the Pending Line script, but you don't have to. They should still work the same without it. the 2.1.1 uses the PL but enters at Ask like normal for those who can't place a pending order that close due to ...

True but you don't buy at the Bid, you buy at the Ask, so even if he got filled on the Ask at x00, the Bid is still at x90 so price has to move 10 points or 1 Pip farther to trigger TS or exit. In this case, price only moved to x42 so with his entry ...

What was the entry price and what is the high of that bar? Price has to move TrailingStop (35) PLUS the spread (10 on your screen) so if it didn't move that far it would not trigger.
