What a farce. Banks will have more money given by ECB in order to be able to repay the deposits, then they won't be able to pay back the ELA and the European Tax payer will have to bail them out if Greece keeps the Euro. More debt to default on.

I doubt Germany needs Greece and Germany has no interest in keeping anyone low but Germany should not have an interest in paying everyone else's bills.
