FYI the deducted sum is strange. There is no possible combination of the PnL amounts on that statement that would result in $19,276.33. That is, if i didnt fk up the excel sheet (but i dont believe so).

Excel says they didnt cancel all the profits. Gross win is $19751 and they deducted $19276. So it looks like $475 have not been canceled. Wondering why?

Im just saying that is what gain is maybe thinking. Of course, even if true, the right thing to do would still be to cancel everything or nothing - and not beeing incompetent on the technology level in the first place.

Less than a second internal latency? FYI - i have like 30ms to UK over consumer-level internet connection. So 60ms roundtrip. Less than 1000ms is like an order of magnitude higher than that. Depending on how much less..

They should either cancel all trades or none - not just the profitable ones. The NFA would wipe the floor with these guys - i'm afraid in the UK nothing is going to happen. The Ombudsman-service does not have a great trackrecord for such cases, but ...

The difference is that in the U.S. people are likely to be prosecuted. Mr. Wasendorf was sentenced to 50 years in jail. There is an incentive not to do it. Whereas sending the money to Belize is basically an invitation to be scammed.
