The title of this blurb is so misleading. So military drills ended and the troops sent out on those drills are told to go home and yet troops remain in the Ukraine. Nothing really changed.

There's really no news tomorrow that could force this pair down to that level. I'm looking for a bounce from oversold levels to 101.58 and possibly 102. Then depending on NFP you'll see some real movement.
