Good question. Normally I just look at the related pairs, so for ca/ch I would take a look at cad or chf related pairs to give me a better idea of how a currency is doing overall.

Had some eu/ch shorts that went well, but still down overall this week. Holding on to that eu/ca long since I haven't seen price move into a different cycle zone. Shorted eu/au, saw some good increases in volatility on down bars through support.

Here is a simple way to use them. When price approaches a prior supply/demand level and a cycle line, you can anticipate when the peak/trough will possibly occur.
