Tick is not in your picture. One tick, refers to a change in price of any traded instrument. Any price change is a tick. Tick charts are not time based. A tick chart will update (and form a candle) each time there is any change in price.

Well you can look at a 4 hour chart and see that 1260 has held before. So if 1260 holds again, and you get a chance to get out with the minimum of loss, then great. Not so great for your position if it breaks. Where's your stop?? (rhetorical)
