That's not where the 85 billion a month goes. The Fed purchases MBS and treasury notes, which inflates the price of bonds, which in turn artificially lowers interest rates on a wide variety of loans. And THAT is what stimulates the economy.

4925 is 100% extension of 15477-15129 leg and looks to be minimum level achieved before any substantial bounce. And even then, I'll hold onto my numerous shorts and look to add more.
