It is not about the rate but more about the 'statement' (hawkish or bearish). Now if they don't raise the rate we'd be at 1.19 in a millisecond lol. That would be the surprise IMO.

fyi.. if one is trading 'x' lots (you choose the lot size) and can't take a 300-500 pip loss with blowing their account, you better be really good at your entry points. I would absolutely hate to lose 500 pips but if I am leveraged correctly, not ...
