Use Profiles to move over all charts with settings, Open a fresh new chart to copy individual templates. Opening a new template will erase all previous objects and replace with objects on your new template on that specific chart only.

Have you tried saving all your charts & settings as a profile. Then copy the profile folder over to your new MT4. This will open all your charts in the same order with all objects. File>Profiles> Save As> Name file.
