That is not a valid signal as the previous signal was a buy. You could try scalp the pullback as I see you have already entered a sell trade. I'd be careful and watch that trade.

Yes it could be but there are still 2 confirmations needed. First is for the MBFX to turn red indicating a downtrend, and 2nd for the cross and close of the SMA. Once you have those 2 confirmations it is good to trade.
