The only think easing is the jobs of central bankers. All they do is throw money at it hoping all is amazing at the end. If they are looking to buy more debt, I have some student loans they can take care of.

Some of the biggest declining double tops I have seen are where the second point is slightly lower. Patterns are rarely symmetrical. The uncertainty of Japanese QE is why it can't break. It could work or it could cause a bond collapse
