Instead of looking for OB/OS indications in the rsi and stoch...look for Divergence or Confluence instead... The chart sample shows clear RSI divergence in your post...

This is something that I like to use for trend direction: set the mtf stoch to 60 minutes if that is your preference. Personally, when trading the 1 min I set the mtf to 15...hope this helpS!
