I think the delay is based on two points. First the signals are on the 15min. Second, I am waiting for momentum to build in the other direction. We will have to discuss it further.

3080 key level on hourly as well as 15min for me...I'm sure there will be barrier protection of 3050. As for 3000, I dont know if it going to be like the action at 4000, but I'd be shocked if we just waltz though there....good luck PTL

I still favor a new low as long as we stay under 3110/17, I think 3080 is the trigger, maybe down to 3050 to knock some barriers out....
