Sure here is the trade history from this week. In the comments field "SIMPLE EA H4" is with TS setting, "SIMPLE EA H4 2 is no TS. There were no losing trades this week on D1 charts.

The only time I've found a need for a max spread and slippage input setting is during a major news event, but then I was trading with a news straddle EA, and it was necessary, but for this EA I haven't seen a need for it so far.

The EA does give real time updates every minute. The EA will refresh every new minute and update all P&L. Make sure you have enabled DLL imports for the EA to refresh.

Yes correct, it wont give a valid signal as the current candle has not closed yet. I suggest you read the trade rules again on the first post to be clear so you can fully understand how the EA works.
