It's a rectangle on top of a rectangle, which on mt4 splits it into 3 areas. I think he is just highlighting the wicks and reaction at the level rather than defining 3 regions.

Closed most of the initial scalps, then re-entered after the retests. A great tip picked up from Red. Closed most of these now, 1/4 running on both.
