I hear you but not so sure. My system is giving me buy signals on both and the AUD is currently sitting right on the 4H 200 ema which historically is a strong s/r indicator. Happy to wait and see me thinks.

Agree but thats next week and beyond. A daily close above 0.93 this week and I'll close out my remaining short from 0.98 and just wait.

And while the retail traders are overwhelmingly long AUD at these levels this suggests the next short term move is lower not higher.

Don't know if its growth, but things could be bottoming out. Perversely, if things improve in the EU the EUR could fall, as this will strengthen the US numbers (exports) and reduce the chances of QE continuing, hence up goes the USD.

Maybe, but exports have almost nothing to do with the value of the EUR, and for now it looks well bid, probably heading for 1.33.

Agree SB, except that imho I don't believe BB ever expects to get to 6.5% before he tapers. The number was arbitrary and designed to motivate the Govt and markets. Sure the job numbers are short, but globally the numbers of structurally unemployed ...
