FED don't have to raise, deleveraging of the balance sheet is doing the work for them. Rates (market rates) will continue to rise.

When everyone knows that (they don't by the way) ... it goes down. Because "everyone" has already bought. Not saying it will go down. Just that "everyone" very rarely think the same and when they do it quickly reverses direction.
