I knew you were (from the aussie thread) but the 1hr is good for adding to or starting a position (based off of daily and 4hr analysis of course) My stress went down when I took the option away to even look and a TF shorter than 1hr

Well I grabed a few pips on my CAD short even though I was long biased, and once it starting going up I went long again up 134 pips, the 1hr signal has long passed to go long but we are getting a long signal on the 4hr and daily Here is the daily ...

Then you should trade the 8 crossing 13 on the 1hr TF This year I am going to try to stick to 13 crossing 100 but that takes ALOT of discipline and patience. This is leaving positions open for a few months and thats hard.
