What else it does? Its maybe not the technical definition of what it does but in general, sure thats what it is made for.

It gives you "possible" entry/exit conditions. Nothing more nothing less. But as with all indicators it can only look in the past. So taking care of what price is doing at time you enter a trade is probably a lot more important than anything else.
