The FXCM fine was for slippage, which if you are unscrupulous is simple to do, not "stop hunting" which doesn't exist. For the ignorant traders it might be worth investigating what Boston technologies offer as 'assistance' for their broker clients ...

If you insist on randomly trading noise you'll experience issues that you'll interpret as broker misgivings when in reality it's noise/ normal 'frequency'.
