It's all accounts up to 100k are penalised at 6.75% and above 100k at the higher rate

The distrust of the banking system ( in terms of basic banking functions) which had been repaired post 2007/2008, it has now entered a different dimension. This is a desperately poor decision and smacks of desperation.
