lawgirl21 replied Oct 19, 2011I took both trades off the H1 charts with confirmation on the M15 charts. I was using the EMA setup however, not the SMMA and the EMA got me into the trade faster than the smoothed, but I had to wait longer for profit.

lawgirl21 replied Oct 19, 2011I am still testing them against each other. The smoothed seems to be more conservative and gives a later signal than does the exponental. Both work well. We are using the smoothed for uniformity.
