If you trade when it crosses over, it means that you will not get the signal until the next hour candle starts. If you trade when it has not cross over, it means that the current hourly candle is still in progress. I had gotten burned doing this ...

The "UseProfitManager = false" was set in all cases on all the pairs I had attached it to which showed a loss.

I guess to not confuse anyone is to attach the EA with the required indicators so not to mix with others. And if the indicator was modified, maybe attach a version or something, and reference in the EA.

Yes, I stand corrected. Though indicators are based upon past price action, it is indicative of the future. No matter what it may tell you, discretion is always required since things can change at any second.

I had tried different brokers in demo and live, it seems that on some days, one will give you an added advantage, that is, getting the signals early, and exiting at the right time. And then there are other days, it will not.... There is no right one ...

I would think the color of the AO matters, and would not stand alone just using the 21 SMA. If it did not matter, why even need the AO on the chart, it gives you an indication whether to go long [green] or short [red] as a confirmation.
