For trend direction i look on daily and 4hr, i open trades on 1hr based on more or less using method as mention on page 1, normally ill place a pending order once there is cross in 1hr.

i dont trail or BE with standard pips, each pairs is different in terms range and movement, ill manually trail or BE based on TP ,Ress and suppt. Cheers
