lol, not necessarily. a trade journal keeps objective track of your progress, and much more, it will allow you to analyze for example why your equity is draining although you think you had enough winning trades.

there is some weird level at 4525 which seems to hold for now. that's why I entered a low-quantity short-term long, seems a good support here, I don't see it go down more, though London might change that.
