Yes agree. I am actually in a challenge already, using a free EA. Will see how that goes. I’ve tried a challenge back in 2021 and failed due to the profit limits weren’t reached in time. Now that the time limits are gone, maybe I have a chance. Free ...

If you sign the contract with FTMO as a entrepreneur instead of a natural person can you charge them the 19% VAT on the payout invoice you submit?

I think by investors he means borrowed capital that is distributed to the successful traders and not investors who have invested in the company itself to start it up and provide it with resources. These are probably two different types of investors.

That doesn't give me much hope. To be honest, I thought that it didn't really matter how you traded as long as the risk requirements were met. Being profitable is difficult enough in itself. But don't you have any more detailed information about ...

Interesting. That’s the same they told me where I came across FTMO for the first time in 2020, so 4 years later. I believe I asked similar question in a live chat last year and still they spoke about investors to me. The last time I reviewed their ...

Okay. I didn’t see these documents were published here but that’s your point. Still a lot of opinions overall.

Well you wrote that it’s risky for them. In my opinion a profitable trader requesting a payout is not a risk for them. They might be making less of a profit but probably still doing VERY well from the 99% who fail and even go purchasing a challenge ...

Say you’re going to copy the trades triggered by such an EA before redirecting them to your prop trading account. Maybe you even tweak the variables a bit so not your trades wouldn’t be equally the same to any other other person using the „same“ ...

Given the amount of traders who lose anyway, a few profitable traders are certainly not "risky". Risk is when you have a business built on screwing people over. There's a lot of shit going on here, honestly. In addition, the successful traders are ...

Does anyone here have experience with using EAs at FTMO? I have a free EA that I'm currently testing and seems to be reasonably profitable, but I have no idea whether FTMO would allow something like that since it includes Grid and Martingale in ...

Is there a fixed spread with FTMO on indices like DAX. I noticed no matter what time i am looking at it it's 0.8 Points? image

Why not? If you say market condition, how do you know in advance what market condition you’re in? You could be in a bear market and place your trade following your bear market tested conditions and boom, the moment you enter the „condition“ shifts ...
