Well, as it is, you are certainly in a sideways market. It may be a distribution or it may not - only time will tell. At the moment this is not a trending market (on H4, that is) - for me that means MAs don't really work.

Is it at all possible you mean LH? I don't see a MA-cross as yet (so the trade isn't according to the rules of this thread) and price - I think - is still in a clear uptrend bias. But the trade may nevertheless be successful, of course.

One suggestion to solve this problem: use a third MA that emulates the higher TF-MA (in your case D1, I guess). By doing so you can always see (on your trading TF) how price moves relative to the D1-MA.
