My trade decisions are based on the 4hr and 1hr TF's. I use the 15min to monitor. Sometimes I see a candle formation on the 15min that I just have to take or use to close a trade. So most of my trades take place over many hours... really not days.

Good Question. I have a short in place and expect 9190 to be hit a couple of times to create a good R. My 4hr chart just looks like it's ready to drop and it rarely lies to me.
