      i fucking hate it when my order doesn't get filled. it happens far to often. this one was 8 pips over price and didn't get filled. with my losing trades i loose and my many profitable trades just don't get triggered

      the SMA (simple moving average) is independant of candles more then 200 if it is the 200 SMA. Simple moving average starts after 200 candles are known and is only calculated over these 200 candles. Thats why my SMA doesn't start where chart starts. ...
