From what I read, traders are picking up stocks that fell on Friday (on the cheap) and also purchasing shares in companies that they think will be able weather the coming storm.

I would call them up and complain. Speak to a manager. I ran into a problem of that nature a few months back and they fixed it within a 1/2 hour. Good Luck!
