Actually both....the charts that I post will state which one I am using. The EMA setup gives a little faster setup than does the smoothed, so I am considering it the more "aggressive", for lack of a better word, set up. But either works very ...

Good questions Pete. I am using the BO boxes as S/R areas and have noticed that the MAs often go right back to them. The cross set ups can come within the BO boxes for an earlier entry, but once the MAs BO, the trade is like any other BO. I ...

Good idea, Matt. The reasons for entering are going to be very simple though...a cross with a 12-2:00 or a 4-6:00 angle with confirmation on a lower TF.

The M30 with the M5 for confirmation should give a good signal.

I look at them both, but because I am somewhat impatient, I am using the EMAs primarily because they seem to give a quicker signal. However, the smoothed are more conservative and likely give a more confirmed signal.

Probably wise. Looks like some stop hunting going on with the whipsaws. EU popped up around 40 pips on my short trade, then back down immediately....looking for stops.

Down 10 pips...volatile this morning.. Set TP at 37407...shot down and hit it...out with 12 pips...I didn't like that ride.
