Resistance doesn't have to be to the exact pip, especially when applicable to higher timeframes. Trust me, 40 pips distance is enough to warrant reaction to that resistance.

Minor update for version 3.1, just to inform everyone that the offset is GMT+2 without DST, but GMT+3 with DST. No logic change.

Yeah I think it was probably GMT+3 for the Summer. Not sure though. Good idea. In the future I'll look into making things consistent throughout the year.
