I never learn asian session stay out its 3d time i take 3 losses and need too recover in London and today with meeting abaut brexit in Brussel can spike 2-300 pips easily so must be super careful.....

One ting i always doo is check my currencie strenht meter on my chart i never goo into a trade if the signal is too follow the weekest currencie i always goo with the stronger currencie,but not that alone,because it can be a small shift in power ...
