A fresh montly low brought RSI divergence. Althought the pair retreated to higher levels, we’d be cautious with this quick bullish reversal as the 0.9665 resistance (double tope earlier this week) comes into play.

EUR/USD is fighting to push above the 20-day SMA on the H4. Th eupward potebntial is losing strength and to resume the bullish trend the pair should regain the 1.2280 level.

The pair recovered modestly today, but remain capped by the immediate support at 0.9625.
