Low replied Nov 18, 2010Hey Nick, You could also ask Coke to put you on his buddy list, that would enable you to post there. He's a nice guy, if he likes your post history, I think he would do it.

Low replied Nov 18, 2010Gold short...ouch. Was not part of the experimental program, position size was standard 1%. On the brighter side, the EG short has tallied 342 pips as of this moment, and size gives me $822 demo dollars on a $10K account. Not bad at all.

Low replied Nov 17, 2010Rufus, you are one committed mofo. My GF is tolerant of my trading, but those hours would make me single in two ticks. But I'm not convinced that's a bad thing

Low replied Nov 17, 2010And another trade update: Since I don't always specify which trade is on which account and whatnot, my demo managed account is only holding the EG short ATM. The AudCad short got bounce out for BE, as I didn't like the way the PA was developing. On ...

Low replied Nov 17, 2010My little EU long got taken out at BE. And I added a new category to my tracking sheet: -Trades that would've won if I had left the stop alone. And no, this is not just me beating myself up for messing with what would've been a profitable trade, it ...

Low replied Nov 17, 2010Rufus, I got a Q about FO, or LO. A while back I noticed that you live in Washington (at least I think you said something to that effect), as do I, and because of the timezone here, it's a crappy time to trade. Do you actually get up at midnight to ...

Low replied Nov 16, 2010Yeah I'm doing a little experiment with tiny position sizes, we'll see what happens. What's changing is that I shouldn't be trading 7 discrete entry criteria with the identical management and exit solutions. Each trade will be it's own. Started my ...

Low replied Nov 16, 2010I'm surprised to be looking at such a small target, but I had a little epiphany last week about letting each trade set it own parameters, so there it is. Some trades shoot for 1000 pips, some for 40. The market is what it is.

Low replied Nov 16, 2010Reasons why I don't scalp: -I don't have the patience -I don't know when foreign money will enter the market and create the momentum I need to to know I'm on the right side. In regards to this I put a small long on EU around 5 hours ago thinking it ...

Low replied Nov 16, 2010LMAO. Who said you couldn't pick tops? That's exactly where I bought the pound
I really think that's one of the worst trades I've made in a while. Thank God I was experimenting with new exit rules, and the position size was tiny. The 173 pip ...Low's Journal
