Seems to me someone big is loading up a short. This 4h chart looks that way. Lots of top wicks, Especially on this mornings h1. I also have the bottom of the S&P 500 weekly utl here too. Everything seems top heavy.

All they need to do is sit on the oil offer until the buyers figure out it isn't going higher and start to sell. What good is a government that can't at least do that for us citizens? If they can buy GM stock, then they can sell oil futures.
